Do not trust the bald man that runs this place! He is very deceptive. Told me he had my tire size we agreed on a price he told me not to get out of the vehicle. Luckily, I was smarter than that because he was installing a completely different size. Then told me they would fit. Be alert!

Very dishonest experience. The seller advertised a matching set of four used tires in “like new” condition. After we agreed on a price and they started installing them, I noticed the fourth tire was completely different and very worn out. It clearly did not belong to the set that was advertised. On top of that, they charged me a higher price than what we had agreed on. Be very careful — I would not recommend this place.

I recently visited this shop to purchase two used tires, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The used tires offered were in very poor condition — no better than the worn-out ones I came in with — yet they were priced at $70 each. Because of the quality and the lack of transparency, I decided not to move forward with the purchase. What truly made this a terrible experience was the customer service. While I was on the phone, I overheard members of the Hispanic service staff mimicking me and speaking disrespectfully. Their behavior was unprofessional, rude, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be mocked or made to feel uncomfortable while seeking service. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected, and I will not be returning or recommending this shop to anyone. I wouldn't even put a star but its require either to post my review.

Fantastic!! First, blocks from my house. Second, greeted immediately and guided right in. I needed a repair on one tire (it had a screw in it, but plenty of tread left) and another replaced. Done in about 30 minutes at a very reasonable price. I looked up the tire they were going put on. It had great reviews and cost me much less than what I had been quoted elsewhere for a comparable product installed. Checked the repair. I'm no expert, but have had many repairs, as I am frequently on construction sights. Repair looks solid. Checked the lug nuts on both wheels that were removed. I could loosen them with my four way, and, per torque wrench, within spec. I'm not going to be stuck unable remove these due to over torquing and put on a spare if the occasion arises. That's customer service. Recommend!!!
